Chef Francisco Araya has a resume that’ll impress even the most discerning of foodies, including a season at the world-renowned 3 Michelin-starred and five-time World’s Best Restaurant, elBulli.

Following this, Araya was chef and co-founder of 81 restaurant Tokyo, where he earnt his first Michelin star, and currently is executive chef of NAPA Wine Bar & Kitchen Shanghai, awarded best fine dining in Shanghai and best wine cellar of Shanghai.
