Natale (Christmas) is a big deal in Italy, they love a big feast, a good glass (or let’s be honest, bottle) of wine and an extravagant family celebration.

So for the first time, Chef Lino Sauro of Olio Kensington Street has decided to bring a traditional Sicilian Christmas menu to Sydney.

Chef Lino is particularly excited to introduce you to some traditional Sicilian fare and one of his all time favourite Christmas dishes, Zampone di Maiale.
