Laurent Perrier and your neighbourhood Parisian bistro, Gavroche, have teamed up to bring you a decadent four course meal paired thoughtfully to match the champagnes on offer.
Plus, you’ll step into an Art Deco world of old school glamour with a special burlesque show, combining the elegance of classic burlesque tease with the decadence of French cuisine.
Gavroche has curated a complete entertainment and dining experience with Laurent Perrier and burlesque beauty, Porcelain Alice.
The night will start with Ultra Brut, a pure wine with no added sugar which includes a wide range of aromas, including fruits, flowers and iodine notes. This wine pairs perfectly with seasonal oysters which will be served as part of the first course.
The next course features scallops which pair perfectly with La Cuvée, a champagne of great finesse with hints of fresh citrus and white flowers.
Next up is the Brut Millésimé, a champagne that displays both mineral and chalky notes giving way to elegant grapefruit and white fruit aromas. The Vintage 2008 pairs well with textures that are tender and delicate like Gavroche’s Fresh Fish Dumplings, Scarlet Prawns and Bisque.
To finish, you’ll indulge in a delectable Chestnut Dessert with Chantilly Cream to go alongside Harmony, a Demi-Sec wine, rounded and delicate with notes of dried fruit (almond and hazelnuts) as well as toasted aromas.
