Make this Valentine’s Day one to remember at La Terrazza, with a specially curated 5-course menu designed for an evening of romance and indulgence.

Begin with a warm Bigné Salato al Parmigiano — a savoury choux puff filled with aged Parmigiano Reggiano. Follow with Pesce Spada Tataki, featuring lightly seared swordfish belly, shimeji mushrooms and a rich spatchcock jus.

The experience continues with soft tomato gnocchi, layered with stracciatella cream, garlic prawns and a vibrant green herb sauce, before seared Wagyu tenderloin served with a silky carrot purée and purple cauliflower.

Finish on a sweet note with a strawberry-infused red panna cotta, topped with pistachio crumble.
