Sicily is the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and historically, a cultural melting pot for spice merchants crossing its shores. Olio pays respect to this tradition by celebrating the fruits of the sea with the flavours of the region!

In celebration of us re-opening for lunch on the weekend, we’ve created a series called “The Olio Long Lunch”. Every Saturday, Chef Lino will fire up the coals to showcase his passion for seafood – being the true Sicilian he is.

Block out the afternoon food lovers, because you’ll need a few hours to sit back, relax, eat, drink, and maybe eat a little more. This is such a fun and fabulous way to experience the food of Olio.
