Four Hands Chef Collaboration: Luca Ciano x Lino Sauro

For one night only, Olio and chef Lino welcomes chef Luca Ciano – Italian-born chef and author of ‘Luca’s Seasonal Journey’ and host of ‘Luca’s Key Ingredient’ on Channel 10. Luca and Lino will be showcasing the best of Autumn ingredients with a special line-up of innovative Italian and Sicilian dishes.
Luca Ciano has a career spanning over 25 years and has become a household name for lovers of Italian cuisine. From working at some of the best places around the world, to launching his own food range, to publishing two cookbooks, and now with the recent release of his TV show ‘Luca’s Key Ingredient’, he continues to share his genuine passion for food and pay homage to his family and Italian roots.

Luca is all about a hands-on approach to food, from creating handmade pasta to foraging for ingredients. He sums up his cooking philosophy in three basic rules; fresh, simple and seasonal- with an interest in creating unusual combinations on the plate in a pursuit of flavour.

Old friends inside and outside the kitchen, Lino and Luca have teamed up to celebrate Autumn with a curated 6-course degustation that will take you on a culinary journey from Sicily to Italy. Dinner includes live jazz and a signed copy of Luca’s cookbook ‘Luca’s Seasonal Journey’ to take home.
