Michelin-Starred Chef Denis Lucchi joins us at Olio

Recently listed as #10 in the World’s Top 50 Italian restaurants, Buona Terra’s Executive Chef Denis Lucchi will showcase his creative finesse alongside our very own Lino Sauro.

Their careers in the kitchen first crossed more than a decade ago in Singapore at Lino’s award-winning restaurant Gattopardo Ristorante Di Mare, where Denis worked as the chef de cuisine with Lino at the helm. The chefs reunite for two nights with a curated 6-course degustation at Olio.

If you’re a lover of Italian cuisine or have never ventured into Sicilian cuisine, this will be a mouth-watering experience with two chefs that are masters of their art. With a wine pairing in collaboration with Twelve Bottles sourced from wineries across Italy, Sicily and Australia.

The fifth instalment of our sell-out series, Four Hands, returns in 2023 with a fresh lineup of international Michelin-starred chefs. The residency will be led by our very own Chef Lino Sauro of Olio Kensington Street and Gattopardo, Singapore. For two nights only, each guest chef will collaborate with Chef Lino on a gastronomic menu presenting the best of their cuisine.
