From Marseille to Chiang Mai, experience the flavours of Chef Tiw’s childhood in Thailand combined with the influences of his travels abroad. Chef Tiw’s approach to cooking is to harness the flavours of his homeland and to reinvent them with the influences of his culinary experiences travelling abroad. He marries the perfect balance of French innovation and Southeast Asian traditional ingredients and techniques to create a truly unique degustation menu.
