Join Olio and Chef Lino for our last chef’s table of the year as he showcases Sangiovese wine, the famous grape from the pretty rolling hills of Tuscany. His menu will take you on a culinary adventure through central Italy paying homage to traditional Italian produce and flavours.

The name Sangiovese is derived from the Latin ‘Sanguis Jovis’ – blood of Jove – after the mythical Roman God of Jupiter.

Our 5 course degustation will be served with matched Sangiovese wines selected by Italian Wine Society Sommelier, Daniel Marcella.
