Chef Stanley will give insights into all things duck – from farming to cooking, while Handpicked Wines will guide guests through an Australian and New Zealand Pinot journey. The evening will start with canapès and an experiential blind wine tasting, followed by a sumptuous duck degustation paired perfectly with wine.
