Sydney’s beloved dessert Mecca, KOI Dessert Bar has relaunched as KOI Dessert Bar & Dining revamping their dining to introduce a new, Indonesian influenced seasonal degustation menu.

Dessert king – Reynold Poernomo – is overseeing the dining selection having spent the last 4 years refining his concept and flavours and now ready to showcase his masterpieces to diners. The seasonal set menus will launch with the Autumn menu, focusing on warmer flavours that are earthy and spicy with a hint of Indonesian influence as it draws on Reynold’s background.

This new concept focuses on restraint and quality. Reynold has reworked the stylish dining room – reducing from 60 seats to 36 seats – thus giving a far more intimate and quality experience.
