He marries the perfect balance of French and Southeast Asian ingredients and techniques to create a truly unique dining experience. Each course has been paired with a wine from France’s finest wine growing regions such as; Alsace\, Burgundy and Chablis. \nThis 6 course degustation is created by Chef Tiw with matching French wines professionally curated by Justin Walters of Cuttings Wine Merchants NSW.
