The craft Surry Hills Distillery will be popping up on our recently pedestrianised Kensington Street to showcase some cocktails they have curated for the restaurants in the Old Rum Store. \nIn Eastside Bar & Grill\, famous for their dry-aged fire-cooked steaks\, you’ll sip on The Yellow Brix Road with Brix Spiced Rum\, Amaro Montenegro\, pineapple juice\, agave nectar\, and marshmallow foam. \nNext door in Parisian bistro Gavroche\, enjoy a Belle Epoque with Brix White Rum\, Crème De Cassis\, Peach Tea Syrup\, and Cranberry Juice. \nFor Olio’s libation\, enjoy a nod to their Italian heritage with an Olio Barrel Aged Rum Negroni. \nVisit us every Friday and Saturday through October\, from 5.30pm to 8.30pm for these free tastings in the Old Rum Store.
